These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 788ein ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the 788ein platform accessible at https://788ein.cam and any associated products or services.

By registering an account, accessing any area of the platform, placing a wager, participating in any promotion or depositing funds, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account by contacting support at the email address provided in Section 14.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

You are eligible to open and use a 788ein account only if all of the following conditions are met at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

1. You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction or applicable law in your country of residence;
2. You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited;
3. You are acting solely on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party;
4. You are not a current or former employee, officer, director or agent of 788ein, nor a close family member of such a person;
5. You have not previously been excluded from the Platform, self-excluded under a responsible gambling programme or had an account terminated by the Platform for breach of these Terms;
6. You are of sound mind and not suffering from a clinically recognised gambling disorder that has been drawn to the attention of the Platform or that you have disclosed to any operator or gambling support body.

To register, you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, email address and a valid contact number. You agree to notify 788ein promptly of any changes to your registration details.

Only one Account per person is permitted. The Platform employs technical and manual checks to identify duplicate registrations. Where a duplicate is identified, all accounts except the original may be closed and associated balances voided without recourse.

KYC Documentation

The Platform may request, and you are obliged to provide, one or more of the following documents to complete KYC verification:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (National Identity Card, passport or equivalent);
• Proof of current residential address issued within 90 days (utility bill, bank statement);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your Easypaisa or JazzCash registered account, or a bank statement for HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah accounts);
• A source-of-funds declaration or supporting documentation where deposit volumes trigger enhanced due-diligence thresholds.

Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe notified by the Platform may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or, ultimately, account closure. KYC documents are stored and processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

5.1 Deposits

Deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform at the time of the transaction. The cashier will display currently available options, which may include mobile wallets, bank transfer and cryptocurrency where available. The minimum deposit amount is determined by the operator and displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 788ein reserves the right to return deposits made from accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered player, without interest.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. Withdrawals will ordinarily be processed to the same method used for the most recent deposit, unless the Platform determines an alternative method is necessary.

Processing times vary depending on the method selected, the operator's internal review queues and any compliance checks required. The Platform does not guarantee any specific processing time. Players with Gold or Platinum VIP tier membership may benefit from priority processing queues, subject to operator policy at the relevant time.

The Platform reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification checks on any withdrawal request, including requests for supporting bank statements, transaction histories or declarations. Processing will be paused pending satisfactory completion of such checks.

788ein offers a range of welcome bonuses, reload promotions, VIP tier rewards, cashback programmes and refer-a-friend incentives. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• A wagering requirement must be completed before Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier and eligible game contributions will be specified in the relevant promotion;
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings not used within the stated timeframe will be forfeited;
• Certain game types or markets may be excluded from bonus wagering contribution or be subject to reduced contribution rates (e.g., 10% rather than 100%);
• Maximum stake limits apply when wagering with active Bonus Funds. Placing a single stake exceeding the stated maximum may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings;
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, household, IP address, device or payment method;
• The Platform reserves the right to withdraw, amend or discontinue any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.

All wagers placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. It is the Player's responsibility to verify that all bet details — selection, stake amount, market and odds — are correct before confirming. Requests to amend or cancel wagers after confirmation cannot be accommodated except in circumstances of manifest Platform error.

7.1 Sports Betting

Odds on cricket, football, UFC, esports and other sports markets are set by the operator and subject to change until the moment of wager confirmation. The Platform reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets or re-grade results in the following circumstances:

• Match abandonment, rescheduling or cancellation;
• Manifest error in odds or market configuration;
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of match manipulation or irregular betting patterns;
• Technical failure that materially affected odds or the ability of players to place informed wagers.

7.2 Casino & Live Games

Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for digital games or by physical game mechanics for live dealer tables. RTP (Return to Player) figures referenced on the Platform are illustrative and represent long-term theoretical averages; they do not guarantee specific outcomes for any individual play session.

In the event of a disconnection or technical malfunction during a game round, the Platform's server-side logs will be used to determine the outcome of the round. The Platform's records are final in all disputes.

You agree that you will not, and will not attempt to, engage in any of the following:

• Opening more than one Account, or opening an Account on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration, KYC or any other interaction with the Platform;
• Using any automated system, bot, script or software to place wagers, claim bonuses or otherwise interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users;
• Exploiting software errors, loopholes, pricing mistakes or miscalculated odds ("arbitrage abuse") in a manner that gives you an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players to generate artificial wagering patterns, inflate turnover or manipulate promotional outcomes;
• Using the Platform to launder money or facilitate any form of financial crime;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where gambling is illegal, or by circumventing geographic restrictions using a VPN, proxy or similar technology;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour towards Platform staff or other users.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where required.

788ein reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any Account at its absolute discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reason to believe that:

• These Terms have been breached;
• The Account has been used for fraudulent, criminal or money-laundering purposes;
• The Player has provided false information during registration or KYC;
• Continuation of the account presents a regulatory, legal or reputational risk to the Platform;
• A responsible gambling self-exclusion request has been received.

Upon closure of an Account for cause, the Platform may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where closure is initiated by the Player without cause, any Real Money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the original payment method after satisfactory KYC completion, subject to a reasonable processing period.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 788ein and its affiliates, directors, employees and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform;
• Any losses or damages arising from a Force Majeure Event;
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of Platform services, whether planned or unplanned;
• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or to keep your account credentials secure;
• Any loss attributable to reliance on information provided on the Platform that is not verified as accurate and current at the time of reliance.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by 788ein's gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

All content on the 788ein platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of 788ein or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, transmit, display, create derivative works from or otherwise exploit any Platform content without prior written consent.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform operator is incorporated or licensed. Full details of the applicable governing law are available from the support team on request.

Users in Pakistan are reminded that Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 may apply to their use of the Platform. The Platform does not represent that its services are lawful in Pakistan or in any other jurisdiction. Users assume full legal responsibility for compliance with applicable local laws.

788ein reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided via on-platform notification or email to the registered address on file. Non-material changes (including corrections of typographic errors) may be made without notice.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the change.

The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically.
